iPhone XS Max damage My phone sustained some water damage from the ocean. It was fine for a few hours later but then the screen started to glitch. The touch wouldn’t work on some places and then later the whole touch screen wasn’t working. Does Apple trade in phones with broken touch or is it better to get the screen replaced?

Hi, my iphone xs max suddenly experienced ghost touch, and it wont respond to my touch. I put it down for the night and charged it full, and the next day it worked fine for only a while. I reset the settings, deleted new apps that might cause the problem, optimized usage, updated to the latest ios, and also checked my memory.

The 13 pro max I’ve never had to charge mid day. I take it off the charger at 5:30am and at 9:30pm it’s back on the charger with usually 25-30% remaining. I tried having apple replace my battery on my XS max, because it’s at 83%, but even out of pocket they won’t do it because it’s not below 80%.
