Increase Party Size Through Perks. Along with just leveling up the Steward skill there are a number of different perks throughout the 18 skills which can increase your party size. I will include a list of these perks below with their respective skill as well. Prestige: +15 (One-Handed 250) Hope: +5 (Two-Handed 175)
Smithing is the fastest easiest way to get big money once above 200. Once you get some thamaskane steel recipes you can take the jobs with 80k+ payouts. You can simply buy a spa tha for 20k, smelt it for the special steel and then craft the big payout jobs. You don’t necessarily need an army of smiths upgrading materials.

Shokuho is a feudal japanese total conversion mod that takes place during the Sengoku Jidai era of Japan. The team intends to showcase more of its progress on the mod in an upcoming video in the near future. Skill Perks: Steward:Bannerlord +2 party size for each fief you own. Steward:Man-at-arms +5 party size for each fief you own. Trade:Mercanary Trader +15 party size. Leadership:Ultimate Leader 1 +1 party size for each level above 250. Leadership:Ultimate Leader 2 +1 party size for each level above 275. Kingdom menu if you own your own kingdom or are a vassal and then create army. Unless you want to form it with your companions armies (should you do that) it will cost some influence though, depending on the lords you invite.
